Yes. Student Beans handles the verification process securely and is committed to protecting your personal information. Your verification details are not shared with QREATE for marketing purposes.
Will QREATE see or store my personal information?
No. Your student status is verified directly through Student Beans. We only receive confirmation that you are eligible for the student discount.
How much money can you save with the student discount?
Save €50 on the entire e-bike lineup through the QREATE student program. This offer cannot be combined with other discount codes but can be used alongside site-wide free shipping and free gift promotions.
In which countries is the student plan available?
The student plan is currently available in all EU countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Italy, and Spain. You must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited institution within the EU.
How do I verify my student status?
After clicking the "Verify Student Status" button, you will be directed to the Student Beans verification page. You can verify your status by registering with your school email (.edu) or by uploading a photo of a valid student ID. The entire process usually takes less than 30 seconds.
How long is the student discount code valid for?
The student discount code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If you do not complete your purchase within this period, you can re-verify your status to obtain a new discount code.
Can I use the student discount multiple times?
No. Each student is limited to using the student discount once and purchasing a single e-bike. This policy ensures that more students can benefit from the offer.
Can the student discount be used to purchase accessories?
The €50 student discount applies only to the purchase of a complete QREATE e-bike. Accessories are excluded from this promotion, though you can enjoy free shipping on accessories when purchasing a complete bike.
What should I do if I encounter problems during the verification process?
If you encounter issues with Student Beans verification, please ensure that your school email is valid or that the information on your student ID is clearly visible. You can also contact our customer service team at contact@qreatebikes.com, and we will assist you within 24 hours.
